Peer Support Membership – Consistent Encouragement & Connection Summary: The CTFOD Peer Support Membership offers structured, ongoing support for those who want more than a one-time conversation. With monthly 1:1 sessions and self-reflection tools, this membership provides a safe and reliable space to check in, process emotions, and stay on track with personal growth—all without the pressure of therapy. Service Description: The Peer Support Membership provides monthly 1:1 sessions, guided exercises, and a space for ongoing encouragement. If you’re looking for consistent support, motivation, and self-reflection, this membership ensures you always have a judgment-free place to talk and grow. What’s Included: ✔ 2 x 45-minute private sessions per month (biweekly check-ins) ✔ Self-reflection prompts & guided exercises ✔ Flexible, peer-led conversations tailored to your needs ✔ Virtual sessions (default camera-off for flexibility; camera-on available upon request) Who It’s For: Those who benefit from ongoing check-ins & personal accountability Individuals navigating life transitions, emotional overwhelm, or self-discovery Anyone looking for consistent, supportive conversations in a safe space 📌 Not therapy or counseling. Cancellation Policy

By booking a session with Change the Face of Depression, Inc. (CTFOD), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: 1. Service Disclaimer CTFOD provides peer support, not therapy or medical services. Sessions are for encouragement, reflection, and personal growth. Not a crisis service. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), 911, or a licensed professional. 2. Booking & Payment Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Payment is required at booking; all sales are final. Membership sessions must be used within the billing cycle and do not roll over. Virtual sessions default to camera-off for flexibility; camera-on is available upon request. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling 24-hour notice is required for rescheduling. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) and no-shows are non-refundable. PWYC sessions (two 30-minute sessions per person) expire within 3 months. 4. Waitlist Policy If a session is full, clients may join the waitlist. Open spots must be claimed within 12 hours of notification. 5. Private Messaging (For Applicable Memberships) Messaging is for brief check-ins only and is not a replacement for sessions. Response time: 24-48 hours, Monday-Friday, 10 AM - 6 PM EST. Messaging is not for urgent matters or crisis support. 6. Client Responsibility Your growth depends on your participation. Sessions provide guidance, but engagement is your responsibility. Missed sessions or lack of engagement do not warrant refunds or special accommodations. 7.
