How fragile our life.
Born one second, gone the next.
Hearts that stop, bones that break.
Flesh that bleeds, muscles that ache.
Minds that grow or deteriorate in a matter of years.
How fragile we are as beings.
What is it that keeps up here?
Sheer will or undeniable fear?
We are born, we live an undetermined amount of time, we ultimately die from whatever cause.
What's makes life worth living?
Our children, the uncertainty of what tomorrow brings, being able to love, to feel, to dance, to sing, to create, to breathe. We take so much for granted. We are fragile, no matter how strong we are psychologically, physically.
We must take care of each other, of ourselves.
I am strong, but I break. But at the end of the day, I lived, and that's what counts.
In celebration of our #LOVEYOURSELFIE2020
Which will be held on February 9th, 2020 and hosted at Aveda Institute Clearwater we will be posting a FACE A DAY.
Every single day, we are faced with something new.
A new diversity, a new challenge- a new victory.
And every single day- we grow.
80% of the success is showing up-
The willingness to show up changes us. It makes us a little braver each time.
