🎉 It’s Here! Change the Face of Depression: A Guidebook to Mental Health is Officially Published! 📚💛

I can hardly believe I’m typing this…

After months of pouring my heart, my healing, and my whole journey into these pages — the Change the Face of Depression guidebook is finally live and ready for YOU. Whether you’re someone who’s walked through the darkest valleys or someone who wants to understand and support those who have, this book was written with deep intention… for you.

This guidebook is not your average mental health manual. It’s a human-centered, heart-first companion for anyone navigating mental health challenges, grief, burnout, trauma recovery, or just trying to keep their head above water in a noisy world.

Every page was designed to feel like a warm hug — a safe space where vulnerability is honored, self-compassion is the priority, and healing isn’t linear, but it’s absolutely possible.

🌊 Why I Wrote This Book

My own journey with depression, loss, and healing has been anything but straightforward. As a survivor, a caregiver, an advocate, and a creative, I’ve often felt like I was stitching myself back together with tiny threads of hope. This guidebook is a reflection of that — of what I’ve learned, what I wish I knew, and what I want others to have in their hands when the world gets heavy.

It includes:

  • Real-life reflections and lessons from my own healing path

  • Workbook pages and gentle goal-setting tools (no pressure, no perfectionism)

  • Trauma-informed practices, mindfulness tips, and emotional regulation tools

  • Self-care trackers, creative exercises, and peer support scripts

  • Powerful resource lists for mental health, grief, youth support, advocacy, and more

  • A special Take Off the Mask ritual to help you connect with your truth

  • And yes… even a motivational word search because healing should have joy too.

This isn’t just a book — it’s a movement. It’s a mirror for those who feel invisible. It’s a megaphone for the silent stories. It’s my love letter to anyone who's ever felt like they were too broken, too tired, or too far gone. (You’re not. You’re still here. That’s your power.)

💛 Who This Is For

  • People who feel overwhelmed, lost, or “not okay” — even if they can’t explain why

  • Grievers and trauma survivors navigating the long road of healing

  • Anyone dealing with depression, anxiety, or burnout

  • Mental health advocates, peer supporters, and helpers in need of their own support

  • Parents, partners, friends, and professionals who want to better understand mental wellness

  • People who need a guidebook that doesn’t lecture — but relates

If that sounds like you (or someone you love), I hope you’ll give this book a space on your shelf, your nightstand, or in your journal bag. I wrote it for us.

I’m filling out a page from my mental health guidebook every day—and I figured, why not invite you to come along for the ride?

It’s low-key. No pressure. Just me, showing up with my pen, some tea (obviously), and whatever energy I’ve got that day.

We’ll laugh, we might cry, we’ll definitely grow.
